Her most well-known roles include her roles in the role of Judy Kramer in Point Pleasant the 2005 show which aired on Fox and also as Marcy Bender in Dawson's creek. In the Guiding Light soap opera, Dollar played Marina Cooper. This role has earned her an award nomination from Soap Opera Digest in 2003 for Outstanding Newcomer. Dollar was on screen as Cindy Thomas from 2007 until the year 2008 on the ABC soap opera Women's Murder Club. She starred in the 2012 NBC program pilot Happy Valley which was not picked up.
